Please note that we always strive to contract with the best and fastest shipping companies inside and outside Egypt.

Order processing times

Orders are processed within a maximum of one day from 12:00 AM.

This means that if you place your order before 12:00 AM, it will be handed over to the shipping company the following day. If you place your order after 12:00 AM, it will be prepared the next day and shipped the day after that.

Shipping time varies depending on the customer's governorate and the shipping company, as shown on the checkout page, but the general average is

• Greater Cairo 1-2 Days
• Delta regions 1-3 Days
• remote areas 2-5 Days
• border provinces 3-7 Days

This is an approximate arrival time (a more accurate time will be shown on the checkout page).

Tracking number

The tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Please note that in some cases the order is delivered by a special means for faster delivery (in this case there is no tracking number for the shipment).
