Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you received your product to request a return.
Be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with the outer packaging unopened and undamaged.
To initiate a return, you can contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or phone using the contact information on our page.
If your return request is accepted, we will send a representative to collect the package and provide instructions on how to hand it over. Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned product, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and add it to your account. Shipping and return shipping costs will be deducted unless the product is damaged.
